Well actually it's not that hard, let me guide you !
- First find download button/Link on site you visit and click it !
- A page will open, (if you are using Adblock disable it fo the site ) (sometime a new page will open in new tab with Download or Continue or Something button on it, ignore/close it ! it's fake download link)

- Then click i'm not robot check list box, as the image up there
- Click that blue button to continue

- Hit that " Click here to continue", then you need to wait couple of second (30s), after that Click that button again to continue (as image above) to download page
